For products purchased from Turkey, within 30 days, all products that have not been opened or damaged, and all products are 100% contracted with the cargo company (cargo companies we have contracted periodically may vary, please ask our customer representative before returning back cargo and the cargo company we have contracted. You can return the return cargo to us).

There is a 100% refund opportunity for our customers who purchase internationally (from outside of Turkey). Again, you can return all the products that have not been opened and have not been damaged, with the cargo company with which we are 100% contracted (the cargo companies we have contracted periodically may vary, please ask our customer representative before returning cargo and return the return cargo to us with the cargo company we have contracted). For international (outside of Turkey) returns, before starting the return process, it is necessary to contact our customer representative to get information about how the return process will proceed and to initiate the return process after mutual agreement. Due to the difficulties and confusion in international return shipping procedures, 100% refunds are valid for international sales after agreement with our customer representative.
